Morning Break

still have time to smile
even for a little while

as i stood at the middle of the street
i enjoy the beauty that God has given me
the road may be busy
and the cars buzzing were noisy
but I feel the silence with in me

how wonderful this sunrise may
as it starts to light the city where i stay
it also brightens my day
the cool breeze that soothes my flesh
and with the rays that warmth my body
i disperse all my worries and fears
to truly enjoy the morning scenery

as i wave my hand for a taxi
i bid my goodbye for that wonderful day
for i know that i will have a busy day
